Now bare in mind…. Few Federal inmates are in Prison for “possession” alone. Except for those doing life for charges from the 70s and 80s. Most of the Federal Marijuana charges are accompanied by “conspiracy” charges that can triple sentences for minor violations. Also “possession with intent to re-sell”. Those are not covered in the Biden proclamation. Also the stupid bastard failed to Legalize on the federal level. As a result we have a precedent set but little more. This is a good thing, but it’s a vote grab to appease the Left and it didn’t work for that end.
Perhaps a sincere, courageous leader will come along and finish the job Pedo Joe didn’t have the balls to finish.
