Article Two of the US Constitution is clear. The POTUS can do whatever the fuck he wants with any documents he chooses.
The reason this bogus action against Trump is unprecedented is simple to understand. It’s bullshit and always has been. In the long run those actors who have taken part in this treacherous activity will pay dearly for their transgressions. Both in this lifetime and the next.
